Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour or package with Luxytrix Travel

Welcome to Luxytrix Travel. By booking a tour, package, or any travel service through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- You have received a written confirmation from Luxytrix Travel via email or WhatsApp
- The required advance payment or full payment has been received
- All required documents (passport, ID proof, etc.) have been submitted
Luxytrix Travel reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion without providing a reason.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Advance Payment
A minimum advance of 25–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The percentage depends on the destination and tour type.
3.2 Balance Payment
The balance amount must be paid as per the schedule mentioned in your booking confirmation. Typically, the full payment is required at least 15–30 days before the departure date for domestic tours and 30–45 days for international tours.
3.3 Payment Modes
We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheque, or cash at our office. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified.
4. Pricing
- All prices are per person unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change due to airfare fluctuations, currency exchange rates, hotel availability, and fuel surcharges
- Once a booking is confirmed and advance paid, the package price will be honoured
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary at the time of actual booking
5. Inclusions & Exclusions
Each tour package clearly states what is included and excluded. Generally:
Typically Included
- Hotel accommodation (as specified — 3-star, 4-star, etc.)
- Meals as specified (breakfast, half-board, or full-board)
- Transportation as per itinerary (AC vehicle, flights, trains)
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary
- Tour manager or local guide
Typically Excluded
- Airfare (unless specifically mentioned)
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses (shopping, tips, laundry)
- Visa fees and documentation charges
- Entry fees to monuments not mentioned in the itinerary
- Any expenses due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
6. Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed cancellation and refund terms. In summary:
- Cancellations 30+ days before departure: Refund of advance minus processing fee
- Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost
- Cancellations within 15 days of departure: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Luxytrix Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, natural calamities, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
7. Itinerary Changes
Luxytrix Travel reserves the right to modify or alter the tour itinerary at any time due to weather, political situations, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances. We will make best efforts to provide alternative arrangements of equal value. No compensation will be payable for such changes.
8. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
- It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from return date) and all necessary visas
- Luxytrix Travel assists with visa guidance but does not guarantee visa approval
- Visa rejection does not entitle you to a refund of the tour package
- Any penalty due to incorrect or incomplete documentation is the traveller's responsibility
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and evacuation. Luxytrix Travel does not take responsibility for any losses not covered by insurance.
10. Health & Medical Requirements
- Travellers must ensure they are physically fit for the tour they have booked
- Certain destinations may require vaccinations — please consult your doctor
- Please inform us at the time of booking about any pre-existing medical conditions
- Luxytrix Travel is not liable for any medical emergency during the tour
11. Code of Conduct
Travellers are expected to:
- Respect local laws, customs, and traditions of the destination
- Follow the instructions of the tour manager and local guides
- Maintain harmony within the group
- Not engage in any illegal activities
Luxytrix Travel reserves the right to remove any traveller from a tour for misconduct without refund.
12. Liability
Luxytrix Travel acts as a travel arranger and coordinator. We are not liable for:
- Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, storms)
- Civil disturbances, strikes, or political unrest
- Failure of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies)
- Personal injury, loss, damage, or theft during the tour
- Any delays or changes caused by factors beyond our control
13. Disputes & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Luxytrix Travel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution of disputes amicably first — please contact us at luxytrixtravel@gmail.com.
14. Amendments to Terms
Luxytrix Travel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
